Hey, everyone…just wanted to give you an update. For the past couple of weeks, my dr. here in Fort Smith has been monitoring my amniotic fluid level. Today when we went in for an ultrasound and check, my fluid had continued to increase to a very high level. We did not find out anything significantly different about Glory (except that we got to see her cute faceJ), but she has had a drop in her growth level. My FS dr. said that could be from any number of reasons, and was not overly concerned. He was concerned about my amniotic fluid level, and called my drs. In Little Rock. They were concerned as well, and want us to come to LR tomorrow so that I can be checked. Depending on what they find out, they might want to monitor me in LR until delivery. There is a possibility that they might send us back home, or need to take Glory sooner than expected…at this point, we really don’t know. Our appointment will be sometime tomorrow afternoon. I was more concerned about her growth rate dropping, but my LR dr. confirmed that she was not as concerned about that as she was my fluid level. To sum it up, I believe the main concern is that I might go into labor here in Fort Smith and not be in LR.
